  3. Set the focus point — Tap the spot you want to keep sharp to place the blur center. For motion blur, you can also adjust the angle to match the direction of movement.
  4. Adjust the intensity — Use the 4 intensity presets to dial the effect from a subtle softening up to a strong, dramatic blur.
