Terms of Service
The short version: be reasonable, own what you upload, don’t abuse the service. Last updated April 2026.
The service, as is
Zebra’s web tools are provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The service may change or go offline at any time. If a tool produces a wrong result on your photo, we’re sorry, but we are not liable for damages arising from that result.
Your content
You must own or have the right to use every image you upload. Do not upload:
- Photos of other people taken without their consent where that is illegal.
- Copyrighted images you don’t have a license to modify.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content that depicts or incites violence, hate, or illegal activity.
- Material designed to harass, dox, or deceive (non-consensual deepfakes, for example).
Accounts uploading prohibited content will be terminated without notice and reports will be filed with the appropriate authorities where required.
Ownership of output
You own the output you create with Zebra. We do not claim copyright on edited images. You are free to use them for personal or commercial projects, subject to the rights in the original photo.
Technical limits
- Maximum file size: 20 MB.
- Maximum resolution: 4096 × 4096 px.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC.
- Free tier includes a daily quota per tool. Hitting the quota is not a bug; sign in or wait until tomorrow.
Fair use & abuse
We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block any client (IP, account, browser fingerprint) that abuses the service — automated scraping, denial-of-service, or attempts to bypass quota. We don’t owe an explanation, and we will not refund whatever you didn’t pay us.
Paid features (iOS only for now)
Paid features on the website, if any, are billed through the provider shown at checkout. Refund policy follows that provider’s terms. The iOS app’s Premium subscription is billed by Apple under the App Store’s standard terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable local law of the individual developer’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in good faith and, where that fails, in the courts with competent jurisdiction.
